Side by side old issue was already running.

Then I made a small video for proof so that they should not ignore it. Then for my checking I installed Norton in place of kaspersky and checked then it was coming.

They collected some data from my system by taking it remotely and told, 'We will get back to you.' Then it was going on already. New issue came that Gmail was not opening.
